NEW YEARS EVE MENU

Join us in a night to indulge & have fun. We’re saying goodbye to 2020 with our theme : ‘the 80s - the decade of decadence’. To make it fun we’ll be dressing up; dusting off our shoulder pads and considering a perm! You can too, or not, no pressure! Check our menu below :

on arrival : a glass of sparkling from the house of arras and a canapé

our take on the menus of the 80s 

to begin

pan seared tasmanian scallops, potato & cauliflower crème,

crispy spinach, chorizo gel

or

oven baked honeybrown truffle mushrooms stuffed with

roquette pesto, roasted pinenuts & goat’s curd, basil chips, toasted brioche

or

warm salad of farm quail, ligurian olives, air dried tomatoes,

arugula, sherry vinaigrette

then

‘tournedos’ of prime eye fillet ‘ a la forestiere’, herb potato fondant

steamed asparagus

or

seared crisp white fish ‘filet’, prawn & bug seafood bisque, sweet potato

‘roulade’ of organic chicken stuffed with duck ‘a la basquaise’,
