MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS RE COVID-19

To all our valued customers; we would like to advise you of the precautions we’re taking to address the current COVID-19 situation.

  We’re closely monitoring all available information and regular updates provided by the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO) in relation to the current Pandemic.  We are using this information to develop strategies that prioritise the safety of our customers and employees. 

What we’re doing :

.  Our employees have been instructed not to come to work if they’re experiencing flu-like symptoms, have recently returned from a higher risk country, or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

.  Staff have been retrained in safe hand washing procedures.  Gloves will be worn during all cleaning practices to protect both customers and employees.

.  We’re working with our supplier to ensure hand sanitiser is available.

.  Information on safe hygiene practices will be provided throughout the restaurant.

.  We’re encouraging the use of card payments wherever possible to limit the handling of cash for both our customers and employees.

.  There will be increased frequency of cleaning for high touch points in common areas such as bathrooms, handrails, doors, point of sale equipment and counter tops.  High touch points will be sanitised regularly.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our primary focus and we will continue to monitor and update information and our strategies.
