Terms and Conditons

    1. If you use our Sites and Services, you may receive communications via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you no longer wish to be part of our customer database or receive these communications, please contact us via the same method used to make your reservation to be removed.

    2. As a courtesy, you agree to contact the restaurant if you need to make any changes, updates, or cancellations to your reservation.

    3. Your reservation will be allocated to the best available table at the time of your booking within the venue you have selected.

    4. Any special requests will be accommodated by the venue where possible.

  • To secure a large group booking of 8 or more people in our semi-private or private dining areas, a deposit is required. This can be paid over the phone using a credit card.

    Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed.

    Charges will be based on the final number of guests confirmed.

    Final numbers must be advised no later than 24 hours prior to the booking.

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking date to receive a refund of the deposit.

    1. eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to become valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase.

    2. The Astor Grill Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

    3. Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue.

    4. Gift Cards may only be redeemed for dining at The Astor Grill and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

    5. Gift Card transactions are processed via a secure banking partner (Stripe). Now Book It does not have access to full credit card details.

    6. By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

    7. You may be required to provide proof of identification when redeeming your Gift Card. If identification cannot be provided, The Astor Grill reserves the right to decline the Gift Card as payment until suitable identification is presented.
